About Me

I have been a realtor for 35 years, the last 16 of which was as a licensed broker, so I feel I have reached quite a milestone! Over the years, I have met my goal of making the American Dream of home ownership available to my clients over and over again, all while helping my husband Bill with his home-building career.

One of my other commitments is to my professional growth. I have earned many designations, most notably Accredited Buyers Realtor, Graduate Real Estate Institute, Certified Realtor Sales, Real Estate Negotiator, At Home with Diversity, Certified New Home Specialist, and Life Member of the Million Dollar Club/Top Producers.

I am also committed to giving back to my industry by serving on the Women’s Council of Realtors (President and Vice President), LBAR/ Bluegrass Realtors Board of Directors, Home Builders Association (Fayette and Scott Counties), and numerous committees including Community Education and Outreach, Professional Standards, Grievance, Realtor Community Housing Foundation, and Scott County Realtors.

Serving my Scott County community outside of real estate is a great pleasure. I have been a board member for the Scott County Humane Society; served on the Georgetown-Scott County Chamber of Commerce Community Affairs Committee; and volunteered with 4-H tehing knitting for over 30 years and serving my church Harmony Christian as a Greeter and Pastoral Care Team member.

But this is just part of who I am. I have been a wife to my husband Bill for 57 years, a mother to my three sons, and grandmother to my seven grandchildren, and Bill and I have loved eight fur babies - not all at the same time!
